    Gallimaufry 2014 T-Shirt

This year, we are offering a t-shirt in conjunction with the annual Ghost Ranch workshop.   The workshop, titled "Gallimaufry 2014," will be held September 12-14 and features a medley of 6 different techniques by six New Mexico artists.

The last t-shirt offering from NMPCA was in 1992 for the Raku 92 workshop.  We felt we needed another shirt!  Sharbani Das Gupta, one of this year's presenters, has designed the graphic.  Her lovely design is uniquely suited to clay artists, the spirit of NMPCA and this year's workshop.  Below are pictures of the two color offerings.

In order to get the size and color you want, please pre-order and pay for the t-shirt here.  We will order a few extras, but unless you order now, we can't guarantee availability of the size or color you prefer.  We must place our initial order on Monday, September 1st, so we must have your order by Sunday, August 31st!!

We are only covering our costs of the t-shirt, so the price, at $13, is very reasonable.  To order a shirt,  "register" for this T-Shirt event, select your size and color, and pay for the shirt via paypal.

If you have questions, please call Leonard Baca (505-266-4011) or Judy Nelson-Moore (505-466-3070).

    NMPCA Ghost Ranch workshop

Register now until July 31 for this event taking place September 12-14, 2014.

*Gallimaufry: a jumble or medley: origin combines French words meaning “to amuse oneself” and “to gorge oneself.” This is just what we will do with ceramic information for the weekend! Presenters represent different approaches. The weekend offers something for everyone and promises to be great fun with hands‐on activities and exchanging of ideas.

    Presenters include
    Marc Hudson, Introduction to Extruding
    Jody Folwell, Micaceous Clay
    Lee Akins, Tin Foil Saggar
Tomas Wolff, Collaboration in Clay: Creative Group Experiences as Social Action
    Phil Green, Making Raku Clocks
Sharbani Das Gupta, Image Transfer and Chinese Residency Experiences

Read all about the program on this website page and then return here to register.

Accommodations at Ghost Ranch range from camping to a variety of rooms with private or shared bath. Meals are served in the central dining room.  Workshop events take place in the covered outdoor ceramic art studio called “Pot Hollow.”

Please understand that if your plans change after registration, there will be limited refunds if you cancel after August 9, 2014. See our refund policy.
