Pamala S. Dean

Artist's Statement:

An award winning artist, Pamala lived most of her life in rural Florida. She received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a Minor in the Arts in 1984. In Florida, Pamala developed a successful Creative Arts psychotherapy practice and resumed her own creative exploration through sculpting and mixed media art. Pamala was drawn to the quiet and peaceful beauty of the Taos wild-lands. She believes strongly in the power and need of the world to develop creative endeavors, especially in light of the current world conflicts. With this vision in mind and a unique blend of Creative Enhancement Techniques, she continues with her own art along with helping others reach their creative goals. Her art continues to be displayed in various Fine Art Galleries and Shows, in private collections throughout the US and at her own studio/gallery: Dragonfly Journeys.
