We know that plans change and unexpected circumstances occur.  If you are unable to attend an event, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can place someone from the waiting list into your spot since the number of registrations is limited.

Once you have registered for a workshop, we provide a full refund (minus $50 for our expenses) until 4 weeks prior to the start of the event.  

After four weeks prior to a Ghost Ranch workshop, we will be unable to provide a full refund.  The refund will be $50 plus whatever portion of the accommodations cost that we recover from Ghost Ranch. You will retain your membership in the NMPCA. 

As soon as you are sure of your need for a refund, please send your request through an email to refund@nmpotters.org.
